After repeating a pattern long enough, I’ve found the time ripe to focus on completions. Soon, you will be able to purchase a book I’ve been working on for over 10 years and the others over 14 years.

Since I have evacuated my mind from Facebook, and perhaps Instaham soon, this Substack and Mailchimp newsletter will be the remaining socialishe online activities.

I noticed when I was in Paris, fully present because I was frankly a bit terrified, I followed my heart and met amazing people, stood in my being open to input, and processed more of what has been an ongoing task of integrating the hefty lessons in understanding life I had admittedly asked for (to understand) but had no idea what pain that was going to imply.

Nevertheless, or more aptly, moreover, a friend and physically distant yet psychologically near colleague suggest I have been feeding meat to a growing crowd of vegans. Therefore, I invite you to share the slow little rabbit, Le Lapin, with your carnivorous friends and participate with comments.
